Enhancing GGP's Dealer Network Communication

GGP UK, the parent company behind the prestigious Stiga and Mountfield lawnmower brands have chosen to enhance the interaction between their head office and extensive dealer network with an online dealer communications platform (Dealer Direct) which has been developed by Iceberg Software in Milton Keynes.

The web based Dealer Direct platform provides an “always open” communication channel between dealers and GGP staff. Dealers can also purchase stock, order spare parts, enter warranty information and have access to important account detail - as well as access to a host of additional functionality designed to streamline the relationship between dealer and head office.

GGP are constantly evaluating how they can offer their dealer network the highest level of service in the most cost effective way without compromising on the exceptional level of service that makes them the leading organisation in their sector. Due for full rollout across the entire network by then end of February, the return on investment will be realised within the first 6 months.
